Frequently Asked Questions

After you have purchased your registration, you will receive, via email, your ticket confirmation and QR code. Please note that you must present your ticket to be scanned upon entry to the conference.

All our Summit sessions will be live streamed on the Enjoy Church YouTube channel. Join them live at youtube.com/@enjoychurchtv/live

At this stage, we are only offering registrations for the full conference.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you must notify us of your cancellation two weeks before the conference. After this time, a $20 cancellation fee will apply for each delegate. No refunds will be given during the week of the conference, although you may transfer your registration to another person or to the following conference year. Please notify us of this in writing or by calling our office.

Please note that once a ticket has been transferred, we are unable to process a refund. No ticket transfers will be accepted after the conference.

If you would like your registration to be transferred to another individual, you can do so by clicking ‘Manage Attendees’ in your confirmation email, select the attendee’s name you wish to transfer, and select the ‘GIFT TICKET’ button to enter recipients’ details.

Alternatively, please email events@enjoy.church notifying us of this transfer, along with the name, contact number, and email address of the person receiving the registration.

Unfortunately, we do not offer assigned/reserved seating for individuals or groups.

We are a cash-free venue and would greatly appreciate payments made with a debit or credit card.

Kidmania will be running a program during all sessions at Summit.

The Kidmania program will include a variety of enjoyable activities, moments of praise and worship, engaging sermons, exciting incursions, and many more fun experiences for your child to enjoy throughout Summit.

Please pack a lunchbox for your child attending the Friday and/or Saturday day session; we will not be providing any food for the two-day sessions.

They will need to bring:

  • Morning snacks
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon snacks

 

We will have water on site, so a drink bottle is not necessary, but you can bring one if you like. Please do not send any items that need to be cut up or heated, as with the large number of children in attendance, we will be unable to do this.

Please do not send any items containing NUTS and be sure label everything that you send with your child.

Bring a hat and apply sunscreen on your child before arriving in Kidmania, as we may have some activities outside (weather permitting).

We have a Parents room for babies under the age of 1 year, with changing tables, kitchenette & microwave.

The Toddler room will be a space that will be available for children aged 1-3 years old. There will be some snacks and water available for parents and children using their room.

Both rooms will have a live feed of the conference, so you don’t miss out! Please note that no babysitting services are available.
